"Whether you believe you can or believe you can't, either way you are right. Here's some extra text to form two lines in there. -Henry Ford"

If you’ve said to yourself, "I'd love a small house, but a really big garage,” you're in good company. Increasingly, garages are becoming bigger and equipped with more amenities. Today's garage is a lot more than a place to put the family vehicle. Early suburban developments were known for having a nice yard for the kids and a garage for the car. If you were lucky, a lawn mower could be pushed over to the side. It was a nondescript building at the back of the lot and no one thought much about it except when it came to give it a good paint job or whitewash job. Today, a three or four-car garage is commonplace. With heating, cooling, insulation, finished walls, higher ceilings, floors with drains, hot and cold running water, phone lines, cable and sound systems, “the super garage” is all the rage. The latest addition for the garage is the red hot trend for epoxy garage floor coating. These floor systems withstand the everyday abuse, add value to the house and provide a high gloss finishing touch to the garage. Today's garage is outfitted to hold multiple cars, trucks or SUV's plus lawnmowers and other outdoor equipment, tools, a workbench, bikes, jet skis and maybe a boat or other sporting equipment. Some are even set up with craft centers. Install a dog door and your pet will have more luxurious accommodations than most college dorm dwellers. (Source: Property Source Network 2005)
